Adriene has a down-to-earth, friendly teaching style that makes you feel like you are taking yoga with your older sister or cousin. Lesley Fightmaster believes in introducing as many people as possible to yoga – free of charge, so you’ll find a lot of full-length classes on her channel. Lesley is a calm, thorough teacher and you’ll come away from whichever video you select with an expanded yoga knowledge. Her videos will introduce you to everything from from some basic Vinyasa to Ashtanga, to lots of stretching practices with an emphasis on breathing. Tara’s channel include full-length practices, as well as shorter demo videos that don’t necessarily walk you through the entire sequence, but allow you to grasp the basics and work through the sequence on your own and at your own pace. Like Lesley, she also has a selection of prenatal yoga videos for expectant moms.
